I placed my order online. How and when will I receive my product(s)?
Upon completion of transaction and credit authorization, you will receive an email confirmation from PGP Corporation's e-commerce provider confirming your purchase. Within 48 hours, you will receive an email from PGP Corporation, which will include a link to download your purchased product(s). Please make sure the email address on your order form is valid.
How do I return a product or obtain a refund?
PGP Corporation will refund any customer purchase within 30 days of download upon written confirmation from the customer of order cancellation. In this written confirmation, you must certify that PGP Corporation software has been removed from all customer computers. PGP Corporation retains the right to audit that customers have actually deleted PGP products. You will be refunded in the same form your purchases were completed.
What export restrictions exist for corporate, government, and individual users?
PGP Corporation has, for the most part, retained the same export classifications for PGP products as had Network Associates Inc. With the exception of shipments to countries and individuals prohibited by the U.S. government, most PGP products are available to customers worldwide. Additional restrictions exist for certain PGP products. Further details are available under the section on export control questions.
Product Pricing
How do I renew an expired software license?
License renewals and new software licenses follow the identical order process. Once they have purchased new license agreements, customers already using PGP software may continue to use their existing products or download new versions.

No. Once they have purchased new license agreements, customers already using PGP software may continue to use their existing products.
How do I download products?

How long do I have to download products?
Customers have up to three (3) weeks to complete the download of their licensed products.
My download is being denied. Why?
In accordance with current U.S. export restrictions, PGP Corporation products may be downloaded by individuals throughout the world except those in the following embargoed countries: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. If you are in one of these countries, you may not download PGP software. If your IP address appears to come from one of the restricted countries listed above, or you are using an anonymous proxy or satellite provider that prevents us from determining your country, we will be unable to complete your download request. You will need to use a connection that allows us to determine your geographical location to download PGP software.
If I already have a PGP product installed, how do I renew my license?
Customers licensing current PGP products may use any previous version of PGP product for the duration of the license period. PGP Corporation only supports one version back from the current release (i.e., PGP 8.x and PGP 7.x).
Export Control
Why are there export restrictions?
The U.S. government prohibits shipments of any item including PGP products to restricted parties, embargoed countries, and end users. PGP Corporation will follow the requirements for export licenses.

PGP Corporation has introduced a series of automated steps in the ordering process to heighten awareness of the export requirements for itself and its end users. In addition to PGP Corporation's obligations, end users also have the obligation to comply with export requirements. In PGP Corporation license agreements, customers must represent that they will not export to a prohibited country or to a restricted type of user as well.
